Maneuver around a map of the city using zoom, pan, and identify tools. View the
help/tutorial accessed by the question mark tool at anytime. Click on the
upper left legend button (looks like a notebook) on the map to see a list of
Capital Improvement projects to the right. Correlate the color of the
projects listed with the colored areas on the map. Use the zoom tool
(the button that has a positive magnifying glass) to zoom in on any area of
