The Splash Park is closed for the winter and will reopen May 2015.
Sunset Park (7.46 acres), Sedona's newest park, is located at 655 Sunset Drive in West Sedona. The park features two play areas, including a shaded play area for small children. Bring your lunch and sit at one of the two ramadas and enjoy the surrounding beauty. This park also offers:
Splash Park- water features. Water features can be activated 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week May through September.
Two tennis courts
Basketball court/Pickle Ball court
1/10 mile “Lollipop Trail” for the nature lover, which connects to the Coconino National Forest.
A large grassy field just right for playing Frisbee or just soaking up the Arizona sun.
Dogs are allowed in this park, but must be on a leash and extra care must be taken to clean up after your pet/s. The Pickle Ball court net is available for those interested in playing. There is a padlock on the net, please call the Parks and Recreation office at (928) 282-7098 if you need the combination. Thank you for setting up and tearing down the net after your use.
