Members of the SGA offer a unique monthly showcase highlighting artists, special exhibits and events. These special receptions give locals and visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments while beginning their weekends with an exploration of Sedona's exciting art scene. For your convenience, the Sedona Trolley provides free transportation to venture from gallery to gallery.
7/25/2009- 10:00am - 8:00pm www.sedonamainstreet.com National Day of the Cowboy Celebration in Uptown Sedona. This free community event is held along “Main Street” (State Route 89A) in Uptown Sedona. Come enjoy “a whole lot of cowboy goin’s on” with a Cowboy Parade on Jordan Road, live performances non-stop throughout the day at Cowboy Plaza, and all along Main Street sidewalks and plazas you’ll find live western music, cowboy artists and western trades and crafts demonstrations. You can even try your hand at riding a mechanical bull. Wear your western finery and compete in the Spirit of the West Outfit Contest.
