The city is updating the Land Development Code (LDC) which contains the rules for development and re-development. The city has contracted with the consulting team Clarion Associates to overhaul the 20-year-old code.

City Council Meeting: The next Council work session on the LDC Draft is scheduled for Wednesday, October 10 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 102 Roadrunner Drive. Topic: Urban Agriculture (the keeping of chickens and bees).
