Beginner-Level Line Dancing at the Hub

Every Wednesday in April, dance instructor Sally Gebler will lead these beginner-level line dancing classes. These classes are a fun and easy way to get your heart pumping, “find your feet,” and improve your mental acuity. This social dance style requires no partner or previous experience. Line dancing is an easy form of dance and a great way to get a good workout, improve posture, coordination, balance, and mood. Sally will break down the steps for a safe and enjoyable experience. As you learn iconic, urban, and soul line dances, you will discover that dancing is the best medicine!
