Shelby/Sunset CFA Owner & Business Survey

The City of Sedona has completed a draft plan for the Shelby/Sunset Community Focus Area (CFA) that includes the AAA Industrial Park. As the City continues to refine the Draft Plan, we are seeking your help in understanding two components: 1) infrastructure improvements, and 2) existing businesses.

This would mean a portion of your property fronting Shelby Drive would be designated as a public right-of-way or require a legal easement on the property. Currently, properties with Shelby Drive frontage have an easement for the road specified on the subdivision plat for the AAA Industrial Park.
