24-hour Short-term Rental Hotline

Having an issue with a short-term rental? You can report your concerns or problems you have with a specific short-term rental, 24-7, by either calling 928-203-5110 or filling out the online incident reporting form at www.sedonaaz.gov/str. Information submitted will be shared with the person listed as the short-term rental operator’s emergency contact for a response and city of Sedona staff will take follow up action as needed.
