SEDONA, Ariz. – The Sedona Parks and Recreation Department welcomes applications for annual inscriptions at the Sedona Military Service Park to highlight local veterans who have honorably served their country.
Veterans who have resided in the greater Sedona area and wish to have their name inscribed on the granite wall, or the family of a local veteran that wishes to honor the veteran's service, must apply by May 1, 2024. Inscriptions will be engraved onto the granite walls of the park prior to the annual Memorial Day Ceremony. Proof of military service and Sedona residency will be required with your application.
Applications for inscription can be obtained by emailing sedonarec@sedonaz.gov or by calling (928) 282-7098 to have one sent to you.
About the Sedona Military Service Park
The purpose of this park is to honor all brave Sedona men and women who have honorably served their country in times of peace and war. The Sedona Military Service Park is located within the boundaries of Jack Jamesen Memorial Park at 25 Northview Rd in west Sedona.
