SEDONA, Ariz. – The city of Sedona’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the second annual free Fest of Fall event on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025 from 1 to 8 p.m. at Posse Grounds Park, located at 525 Posse Ground Rd.
“This year’s Fest of Fall offers a ton of opportunities for everyone in our community, no matter your age or interests! I’m excited for all the partnerships we have and for the community to come together again for a fun event that everybody can enjoy,” said Special Events Coordinator Jason Vargo.
Family-focused fun begins at 1 p.m. at the Kid’s Zone with programming every hour provided by local schools and educators offering immersive activities until 5 p.m.
Event sponsor GameOn will host the Gaming Center located at The Hub from 1 to 8 p.m., which will include board games, informative presentations, a vendor area and more. Event sponsor Unity Ride Shop will host a Ride Jam at the Skate Park from 2 to 6 p.m., with prizes for a wide range of bike and board competitions.
Vendors will be on the north lawn next to the pickleball courts at Posse Grounds Park, with crafters, artists, retailers and more, and event sponsor Arborist Standards will have a large display, alongside event sponsor Vacasa. There will be music all day brought to you by DJFEELZGOOD and Alexander Sol, with a live musical performance from Ryan Biter from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The Fest of Fall Pickleball Tournament will be in its second day, running concurrently with the Fest of Fall, featuring men’s and women’s doubles, and the Fest of Fall Cornhole Tournament will begin at 4 p.m. on the softball field. Cornhole and pickleball participants can pre-register at www.sedonaaz.gov/festoffall.
Over a dozen food trucks will be serving food and desserts all day, and the Fest of Fall Beer Garden will be serving a variety of beers from Dark Sky Brewing Co., with proceeds going to support the Red Rock Trail Fund.
The Fest of Fall strives to be low or zero waste, aiming to divert 90% of waste from the landfill by focusing on reducing, reusing, composting and recycling. To help achieve this goal, consider the following ways to support this initiative:
- Bring a reusable water bottle. A mobile chilled water refill station will be provided at this event, and participants can enter to win a free raffle at the Ripple Effect booth by showing their reusable water bottle.
- Properly dispose of any material or food waste. Recycling and composting waste stations are available throughout the event space.
- Walk, bike, carpool or take public transportation. Bike racks are available near the event location.
There are several options to get to Fest of Fall without having to worry about traffic or parking:
- A free event shuttle will be running all day, with pickups twice per hour to and from the West SR 89A Park & Ride (905 Upper Red Rock Loop Rd). Pickups at the Park & Ride will occur 15 minutes after the hour and 45 after the hour, starting at 1:15 p.m.
- Sedona Shuttle Connect will pick attendees up anywhere within the service area and take them right to the event. This on-demand service costs $2 per ride. Learn more at www.sedonashuttle.com/microtransit.
All attendees who ride a bike or arrive by public transit will receive a free Rider's Raffle Ticket, and are eligible to win a $100 Visa Gift Card.
