SEDONA, Ariz. -- The city of Sedona’s Clerk's Office reminds local business owners to renew their Business License now for calendar year 2026.

Renewal applications must be submitted and approved by Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026. Five dollar-a-month late fees will begin to accrue on February 1, 2026. Notifications were sent out via email, to the email address on file. Business owners are encouraged to check their spam folder if they did not receive the notification.

Business owners will receive an email with a link to an online renewal application. A renewal fee of $35 is due at the time the application is submitted. Payment may be made online. When the application has been approved, the business owner can print their certificate using the provided link.

If business owners do not wish to renew their license, please contact the Clerk’s Office to close their account at no charge.
