In collaboration with Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity, through the support of the Community Development Block Grant, the City of Sedona is offering assistance with essential home repairs!  If your home needs critical repairs but you can't afford them, we may be able to help.

 Repairs covered by the program include those which will improve health, safety, energy-efficiency or code compliance.

Are You Eligible?

• Must be a homeowner in Sedona city limits
• Must have lived in the home for at least 12 months
• Income must be below 80% of the area median income
• Must be current on property taxes, mortgage, and homeowner's insurance

Critical Repair Example Areas:

• Roofs/Gutters
• Heating/Air Conditioning
• Plumbing
• Accessibility
• Electrical
• Foundation/Stem Wall
• Energy Efficiency

Critical Home Repair:

• Ensures families are living in safe and well maintained homes
• Prevents families from being displaced from their homes and forced into transitional housing or shelters
• Protects families' financial investments
• Restores the homeowners' dignity and pride of homeownership
