• Minor Community Plan Amendment (Minor CPA) to redesignate the subject properties from Single-family Medium Density (2-4 units per acre) to Mixed Use
• Zone Change (ZC) from SU (Special Use) to M1 (Mixed Use Neighborhood)
• Conditional Use Permit (CUP): To allow the continued operation of the art studio if the zone change is approved.

Project Status:  Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Minor Community Plan Amendment and Zone Change on January 6, 2026. The City Council approved the Minor Community Plan Amendment, redesignating the property to Mixed Use, and the Zone Change from SU (Special Use) to M1 (Mixed Use Neighborhood) on February 10, 2026.
