Project Name: LDC Amendments (HB 2447, Appeal Procedures, General Clarifications)

Request/Project Summary: Proposed changes to the Land Development Code (LDC) to address the following: 

• Implementation of House Bill 2447 (Administrative Review of Development Review and Subdivision applications)
• Changes to appeal procedures
• Clarification of various code sections 

Location: City-wide

Project Status: Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval at a public hearing on September 2, 2025. City Council approved the amendments on November 12, 2025. The amendments will go into effect on December 31, 2025, and can be reviewed at the following link: LDC Amendments Approved by Council on November 12
