Request/Project Summary: Request for a Zone Change from RS-10 (Single Family Residential) to RM-3 (Multifamily Residential) and Development Review to allow for construction of a 54-unit workforce housing project.
Location: 60 Goodrow Lane (APN 408-24-069) - Yavapai County
Project Status: Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Zone Change and approved the Development Review on December 2, 2025. On February 10, 2026, the City Council approved the request for a Zone Change from RS-10 (Single Family Residential) to RM-3 (Multifamily Residential) and the Development Agreement to allow the construction of 51 multifamily units.
