- HOW IT WORKS -
Please note: Pre-reviewed plans must be built exactly as approved.
Any changes to the plans will remove their pre-approved status and
the project will be reviewed through the standard building permit process.

1. SUBMIT DESIGN Architects submit housing designs through our portal. |
2. PLAN REVIEW Plans are reviewed for compatibility with local standards and guidance. |
3. ADDED TO LIBRARY Approved plans are added to the public plan library. |
4. LICENSE THE PLAN Applicants license the plan directly from the architect or designer. |
5. SITE REVIEW & PERMIT Submit your site plan for review and obtain your building permit. |
