Budget Process Phases: Prioritizing Transparency
Our budget process involves citizen workgroups, City Council, the City Manager, City staff, and other stakeholders. All participants make recommendations for the best use of the City's financial resources.

The City of Sedona has been recognized by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) with the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for its Fiscal Year 2025 budget. This marks the twelfth year the city has received this honor.
