Residential Wastewater Subsidy Program

The City offers a discounted rate for wastewater service to qualifying low-income residential customers. Review the Residential Wastewater Subsidy Rate Program Application for eligibility requirements and submit the form if you qualify.

To move in submit a lease copy and pay a $185 deposit with the application. The deposit may be waived with a letter of credit from a utility company showing one year of timely payments, along with the lease. The deposit will be applied to the final bill when the account is closed.

To move out, complete the Tenant Request to Cancel Wastewater Service Form and submit it via email to wastewaterbilling@sedonaaz.gov or mail it to the address above.

Use the City GIS tool to search by tax parcel number or property address to check if the property has wastewater service (Is the property connected to sewer). If it does, please fill out the Escrow Inquiry Form and email it to wastewaterbilling@sedonaaz.gov. Your request will be processed in 1-3 business days. Please email all requests.
