About Ranger Station Park - Sedona's newest city park

Ranger Station Park is a 3.4-acre park located at 250 Brewer Road. Exterior restorations to the station house and barn are complete and the putting green is open. The horse sculpture, iStormy Bay, by artist Dixie Jewitt, stands proudly at the park entrance. Interior restorations of the station house and barn are underway, a restroom facility is planned, and the children's playground will be installed soon.

Fostering a sense of community

Section 3, Community, of the Sedona Community Plan calls for the creation of parks and public places where residents can gather, interact and share experiences. Ranger Station Park helps fulfill this objective in the following ways, as outlined in the Ranger Station Park Master Plan:

• Create community interactions
• Engage people with healthy and active amenities
• Incorporate art in the park
• Design for a sense of place and sustainability
