Reservations are accepted up to six (6) months in advance of the rental date.

Rental Refund Policy:

In the event of cancellation, down payments will be refunded according to the following schedule:

  • 60 days or more notice before the rental date, 100% of the payment refunded
  • 30 to 59 days or more notice before the rental date, 50% of the payment refunded
  • 29 days or less than the rental date, 0% of the payment refunded

*Deposit amount may vary depending on rental size and requirements. 

Does your event need liability insurance?

General liability insurance is required to rent all facilities. The city participates in the GatherGuard program, which allows you to secure short-term liability insurance at a reasonable price.
