Roll Out Your Mat with Us!

We are excited to announce a new fitness class starting in October 2025!

Yoga for Your Health is a class that offers a supportive introduction to yoga yet welcomes all levels, especially beginners. Each pose is demonstrated and explained with attention to safe alignment of the arms, legs, and body. Students will start with simple postures, then gradually progress toward more advanced variations as confidence and ability grow. Your instructor will guide you through an approachable sequence of familiar poses, with options to adapt based on individual comfort. Questions are always welcome, and the pace is designed to encourage learning, relaxation, and connection.

Every Thursday at 9:15 AM - Starting October 2, 2025

Recreation Room at Posse Grounds Park (right next to the playground)
