Community Focus Areas

Community Focus Area (CFA) Plans are specific area plans that are intended to apply Community Plan goals with additional public input specific to smaller geographic areas of the city or areas that are most likely to see future development or redevelopment.

The 2024 Community Plan proposes two new Community Focus Areas: Uptown (including 'Gallery Row') and the West Sedona Commercial Corridor, areas that would benefit from more specific planning.
