Design Review, Engineering, and Administrative Manual

The Design Review, Engineering, and Administrative Manual (DREAM) features supporting materials to the Land Development Code (LDC), including submittal requirements, design guidelines, and technical engineering standards. This manual is presented in three parts:

Chapter 1 – Administration: Information related to the submittal of development applications.

Chapter 2 – Design: Guidelines that highlight preferred design principles and the rationale behind various provisions, and additional details to supplement the requirements of the LDC.

  • Sedona Plant List: This is an excerpt of the Design Review, Engineering, and Administrative Manual (Section 2.4B and Appendix A).

Chapter 3 – Engineering: Specific design standards for grading and drainage, streets, driveways, and parking areas.
