Project Status: A public hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission was held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 4:30pm. The Commission denied the project (3-3 vote).

The applicant appealed the Commission's denial and an appeal hearing was held with City Council on January 25, 2023, at 3:00 pm. The Council denied the project (3-3 vote).

A Councilor requested that the project be brought back to the Council for reconsideration, as permitted by the Council Rules and Procedures. A reconsideration hearing was held on April 25, 2023, and City Council approved the project (4-3 vote).
