Request/Summary: Request for Subdivision approval to subdivide approximately 2.65 acres into a 4-unit single family subdivision. The parcel/proposed subdivision also contains a portion of the Forest Road extension being constructed by the City of Sedona.

Project Status: Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat on March 19, 2024. City Council approved the Preliminary Plat on April 23, 2024. City Council approved the Final Plat on August 26, 2025
