Our plans

The City and its partner agencies are prepared for an emergency thanks to:

  • The Emergency Operations Plan, which helps all agencies involved collaborate response and recovery efforts effectively and efficiently.
  • The Evacuation and Re-Entry Plan which specifically models evacuation scenarios and establishes responsibilities for evacuation and re-entry operations. Plan de Evacuacion y Reingresso

Make sure you’re prepared

There are two main ways to be prepared: know your evacuation zone and read the Community Emergency Preparedness Guide.

“Know Your Zone”

All Sedona residents live within one of twelve evacuation zones. These zones will be used in communication during emergencies with Ready, Set, Go! messaging.

Regardless of what county you live in, Know Your Zone by using the map below and entering your address.
